I also have rims and tires for sale.

They are the Grey ones which are not that easy to find. The outside rings have some scrapes, but the rims are in perfect condition.

The tires have 6000 miles on them and are in fantastic shape. The 5th one has 15 miles on it.

    4 x Grey TRD Rims ($700) (New $275ea)
    1 x Black Steel Rim ($40)
    4 x 285/75/16 Duratracs w/ 6000 miles ($680) (New $212ea)
    1 x 285/75/16 Duratrac (Brand New - Less than 15 miles on it) ($180)

    $1600 split up.

    $1500 if bought together

I can ship these for around $180 anywhere in the continental U.S. as long as it is a commercial address.

Got the pressbrake all together and working...got a chance to give it a shot making a winch mount for a customer's trailer:

Step 1. Cut some shit out of 1/4" plate and drill some holes in it:

Step 2. Put it in the press:

    Step 3. Bend some shit:

Step 4. See if it all worked:

I wish. I would say all the cool projects I get are for "customers", but I did get to SAS my truck :D

Plus to have "customers" you need to have a business lol

Me, I just play around in the garage for a few bucks on the side...

How are you? I don't go wheeling but a couple of the other guys do. We have been trying to meet at a Hooters or Tilted Kilt, but nothing worked out.

Anyone looking for an Storage/OBA setup?

    Consists of:
    Cobalt Aluminum Truck box
    Smittybilt MV-50
    ViAir 90/110 Pressure switch
    120psi safety pop-off valve
    Interconnecting fitting/etc
    Pressure regulator
Quick release couplings for air hose use
    4 gallon airbag tank
    Air Tank On/off valve
    Tank pressure gauge

Looks like this only one compressor. Tanks is the new one in the picture below.
    2011-12-27214936_56be076162794b9678d2432c99229f5079ebc2f0.jpg

Heres a shot of the tank:
    2012-06-16134015_921db25f3eb5df162f949b25196229988b790084.jpg

This is setup for a dual pressure system. Theres is a tank that sits at tank pressure (90-110 psi) and a regulated portion of the manifold which can be set to whatever pressure you want (90psi for lockers).

I had 2 lockers on the regulated side and kept the tank at full pressure for inflating tires/etc.

PM me with an offer. I will even help install this. Just run a power and ground to the toolbox and you're done. Going a different direction and want to free up some bedspace.

EDIT: I had this in my truck when it had the Stock bed as well, so it fits 2nd gen beds.

Lol, I'm off to work right now. Downtown right by the lake too. How did you you guys hold up in this snowmageddon? My taco handled it like a champ. Times like this I'm glad I got a truck.

I got to work at 6am and spent about 1.5 hours cleaning the 2-3 foot drifts on the sidewalks. At about 1:40 this afternoon, part of Aurora and Naperville lost power. Parts of the plant were starting to get cold before the power returned.

I am glad I do not have the soft top Jeep anymore.

Hey anyone know a decent gear & axle shop in the area? I'm looking to swap a new LSD into my '99 Prerunner, and the quotes I've gotten around here (NW side of the city) are pretty wack. I really don't have the time to mess with it myself at the moment. Any leads would be helpful, thanks.

I don't know exactly where you're at, but I could set those up for you no problem. Are you regearing as well, or just swapping the carrier over to an LSD? It would definitely be worth the drive out here...

I'm in Jefferson Park, right by where the Kennedy and Edens split. But it's usually a 1-1.5 hour drive for me to St. John where my folks live. Are you anywhere near there? I'm pretty familiar with the NWI though, and although I'd rather not sit in my cold-a$$ garage and try to figure out swapping in a Truetrac, I'd be happy to join up for a "wrench day" somewhere... :D

BTW, I'm keeping the stock gears.

I live about 5 mins south of St. John. I do quite a bit of "sidework" out in my slightly less cold ass garage lol. PM sent. It would really only take about an hr or two. I have all the necessary tools, etc.

Well I got an actual ARB compressor with my locker for the rear 60 and haven't installed it yet.

The plan is to ditch the entire OBA/toolbox/tank setup since I don't need all the extra room for spares in the toolbox anymore.

Then I will run the small ARB compressor inside an ammo can in the bed, a small ammo can for fluids, and run CO2 setup for tire inflation.

Then the tire wont hang off the bed like it does now, and I can come up with some sort of tailgate arrangement. to finish it all off.

Not quite the 4-link I think you were hoping I would say, lol
