I feel your pain! I've been threw the same shit! I wish I had all the money I've spent on alignments. I put my truck back to stock just outta frustration and it still doesn't drive the same as it did before the lift?
Just remember to go to a good alignment shop. The maw and paw type don't have the expensive hunter alignment machines like the dealer would. Plus they're machine might be out of calibration? Things to think about. I would take it to the dealer and grease the mechanic with a $20 bill and tell him what your looking to acheive. Maybe that'll help you get closer to ideal specs. Hope that helps

I'm just wondering if I should put the front down to either stock or .80 if that will help with the alignement.

They should be able to get it pretty close to what your wanting with it set at 1.75". You won't be able to get 2.4 caster with that amount of lift but it should still drive good. Mines at +2 caster and I'm stock.

Bob Sumerel in Alexandria... I've made up my mind, I'm going to lower the front to either stock height or do the .80.

You need to definetly take it back to where you had it done at. Tell them since the alignment that they did your wheel is no longer straight, any respectable shop will fix free of charge. You have your spec sheet they gave you so you have proof of when you were there.
