Anyone in the central ky area more specifically Fayette/Madison county area? I am new here but have read quite a bit and almost never see ky posters.

There are lots of threads on lifts and options I would check those out, it all depends on what you plan to do with the truck and how deep your pockets are.

Also, slade ky is in the Daniel Boone national forest area. The trails are off the exit ramp from Stanton KY which is on the mountain parkway. Then it's a short drive to the trail head which takes you through several areas around the gorge. I would love to plan a slade trip if anyone is interested. It's about a 45 min drive from lexington.

There is jigg water in Richmond. It's mostly private land so it's limited and the trails are set for four wheelers not trucks. You run the risk of a land owners raising hell here too. But, if you are respectful and don't tear up the areas that are marked private property, then there are no issues. I've wheeled jigg several times and never had a problem. Even had some land owners come out to talk about my rig.

I have been to jigg water many times but never in my truck. Its funny you mention that my buddy went down there the other night in his friends fj and took it on the 4wheeler trails. They did fine but bashed a tree in a tight spot. It has been forever since I have been there and dont know how rough it is. I would love to check out some trails but as I am new to it and my truxk is new I am cautious as to how far I take it.

Yeah I saw where haddix let someone drive his fj into a damn tree. My 4runner barely squeezed through the areas there. It's a pretty chill place, just some mud and a creek. My buddy took his stock f150 through everything we could find there so a taco could def do it.

I know of him, not on a personal level or anything. He had a killer 4runner, sold it for a car, bought a taco made it awesome, then traded it for his FJ. Crazy kid

Ill be wheeling this Sunday April 7th at royal blue wma if anyone wants to join! It's on the ky-tn boarder on I-75 by the giant cross and adult world. Pm me if you want to come and for more details. It's only around a 2 hour 2 min drive from lexington. Lots and lots of trial ranging from stock rig trails to rock crawling.

That's the way to do it. I've never been to snowshoe. I hope to make it next year.
