Just spent the last 8 weeks in hell at RTC Great Lakes. Finally graduated today as a Sailor in the world's most powerful Navy!!! I went in as an E1, got promoted to E2 for passing an advancement test, then was meritoriously promoted to E3 as part of the top 10% in the division. Now I'll be starting Hospital Corpsman School on Monday and hopefully Field Med after that. Thank you for your support and best wishes!!!

Good work. I served 4 years in the Marines. I'm finding it difficult not to give you a hard time right now but I will leave that alone.

Good luck to you and never forget why you joined and how you felt when you graduated boot camp. I served 3 tours in Iraq so I can personally tell you that there were many long, depressing, and hell hot days where I wondered what I was doing. Looking back I don't have too many regrets.

    Serve us proud!!!!!!

Corpman is an excellent rate. It's a nice set of skill if you decide to go civilian down the road.

Congrats, while your enlistment may go by slowly before you know it you will be done. Use those GI Bill benefits to go to college afterwards. It's truly service to country.

I often wonder what happens to those that post on here before they ship out. I'm glad you came back with an update.

It is good to see that not only did you graduate but you excelled. Congratulations on a job well done.

    Keep the updates coming.
