    I gotta say as an ROTC cadet and future officer, I don't care if the soldiers / sailors / marines / airmen next to me are gay. If they can uphold the standards and complete the mission, I really don't care. When you are in battle, your survival is up to you and the guy next to you, who cares if he is gay; he could save my life.
