Lol 35's are too big. This is gonna be a daily driver too so I gotta keep it somewhat practical lol. But I am lifting and getting bigger tires.

285 is a 33 and 265 is a 31, but it also depends on the second number. Im getting 315/70/17's which are 35x12.50x17 check the manufcturers specs to see the actual tire sizes

all that calculations blow my mind.....you should be good at that shit, since being EOD and all.....unless you go of the P=Plenty formula

I use that formula frequently lol!

But General Grabber AT2s don't come in the 265/85/r16 that was recommended to me so yeah... 285/75/r16 it is lol.

Unless I change my mind on the tires...

I currently have 265 75 17's its a 31" tire. and Im getting 315 70 17's and its a 35" tire. I dont know Metric sizes suck. You just blew my mind I knew it was percentages but i thought I had it down, now im unsure. I just double checked my tire size against what Mickey Thompson Claims its size is in Inches. and my 315 70 17 = 35x12.5x17

I didn't write all those conversions lol. Found them here:
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/wheels-tires/23715-how-understand-metric-tire-sizes.html#post328282

That's how I've gone about trying to decide a size. But oh well, Grabbers only come in 285/75/R16 for a 33" tire on a 16" rim.

This thing says the tire you want is a 34"??

So I've been getting ready to re-enlist in May right. Well right now the bonus for 6 years is $40k. But that expires on the 14th of March. A little birdie told me last night that the bonuses that are coming out on the 15th will be.....

    $90,000!!!!! For 6 years.

    WIN! :D
