And the north doesnt really even have the economy to sustain a war

After some research it seems Canada was willing to participate if the UN approved the invasion. And Canada has played a role, albeit a small one, in the Iraq war as well.

Iraq was a little different than North Korea, not only did we deal with Hussein but dealt with the Taliban and Al Qaieda in the aftermath. Which turns out when you are fighting people that fight with civil war technology is harder than it sounds.

With North Korea they have known nuclear weapons capabilities. regardless if they have the ability to hit the mainland they have a huge ability to strike other US interests. Europe is a real possibility especially Japan and and South Korea. Let alone Hawaii and all of the middle east bases and European bases. Im not sure I say lets bomb them, but if they so much as flinch the wrong way we better be prepared.
