Very nice! I have a 98 cr250 myself. I tore mine down to the frame last winter. Made for a fun project!

I'm glad to see 2 strokes making a comeback. I'll hopefully be adding a 2-4 year old ktm 250 2 stroke to the garage this spring if I can save enough money up. top end maintenance so much easier than the 4's.

    Love it.

Want a Yamaha RZ350 but they are pricey now. Found one locally on CL but it's red and white and IF I'm gonna spend that kinda money, I'm getting the yellow and black. These were right around $3000 in the mid 80s.

    Nice Triple IronBagel

I say it definitely counts. I have a 1974 H2 750. I posted a pic of it back on page 36 (at the bottom) of this thread.

I dig it! You've got the real deal there, mine is just the mini widow maker haha, still I imagine they're pretty similar as far as power delivery goes. No power at all until about 5k rpm?

Super jealous of all the triples. My little rd350 needs some more punch for sure. I'm thinking of doing some actual expansion chambers this winter.

The biggest thing I've noticed with the chambers on mine is that they really start to let you know when the power is gonna hit by the sound. They're repop Denco chambers.

What hit the center of the piston? The spark plug or that chunk of piston? How does the cylinder head look? and

it must have been part of the piston.. the spark plug still looks untouched just a little black. Cylinder had some scoring on the exhaust port but thats really it.. Already got the cylinder cleaned up and a new top end in :D im done with wisco pistons. trying out the pro-x this time. im jsut waiting on a new radiator hose since it got ripped on the way back home :(

I was coming back form the back of gecko road back to the washes and i was trying to keep up with trucks and a RZR and then kaboom. i knew instantly it was fuuuuuuggged. Thankfully it broke on sand highway so recovery was easy
