I'd be interested if it was 350 lbs or less no way that's happening with a liter engine.

    Thanks!

This is actually my first Suzuki, I owned a KDX220r and a couple Honda's before that. They've all been great, but I'll take this DRZ any day! Every time I ride I come back :D:D:D:D

Nice machine. The drive up would be well worth it. Great weekend of riding and great people. Usually 500+ riders for the weekend.

Ive been looking at these as well, would only be hauling 240+ pound bike, I'm just leary of havin it hang out back. I know I should be a riding it rather than totting it but I don't have the room for a trailer and the truck bed gets old. Anybody have any personal experience with the versahaul or similar?

harbor freight has a hitch haul for around 100 bucks, buddy has one we use it for our bikes whenever we go riding, throw the quad in the back and strap the bike on the haul. works extremely well for a HF version. I was VERY surprised of it. I don't feel nervous hauling my bikes on it at all. the wr weighed 275ish pounds and the ktm 230ish. never tell they were back there. the back and front tire sits down in a sorta hole and it won't roll in or out, then the normal tie downs for the side to side movement.

I would still tie the back tire down so it can't move. Like a strap across the center of the wheel and hooked into the carrier. One bounce could pop the back tire out then you're dragging your bike

Sweet! I'll have to look into this too! Having a camper shell on most times makes hauling my bike a pain in the ass!

    Edit: is this it?

its also 4 times the money and they both work. if you wanna spend 400 on a versahaul good for you but the HF works fine for me.

i also have the hf one now and it SUCKs in comparison to the versahaul....
i just happened to sell mine to a guy and he wont give it back
so i had to buy the hf one......
its rocky, the bolts have been known to break......."as per reviews"
i don't see it lasting very long.....
and its not much lighter then the versahaul.....
and with the versa there is no stupid pins to pull to roll bike on......
you get what you pay for.....
