    Well if you're in albuquerque NM (doubtfull) R&S Kawasaki sells them pretty much at cost.

    Otherwise rockymountain is usually pretty cheap.

    I bought my last set from Dennis Kirk. My bike has spoked rims, so I have to run tubes. I got one tube from DK, but bought the other from my local shop so I could make sure I was getting the correct tube/stem configuration.

    The biggest problem I had was replacing the rim strips, as every time I ordered them, I got 2 rear rim strips. Funny thing was each came with a different part number. After 3 times, my local dealer got Honda on the phone and had them physical look at the part before they sent it. Apparently Honda had a batch of front rim strips packaged up as rears. They finally went to a different lot number and found a true rim strip for the rear with the correct part number.

    Once I had everything, I had a car tire shop break the bead, then changed them out myself. I run Dynabeads for balance.

    They consistently have the best deal on tire sets.
    Moto X outlet runs nice specials now and then.
    Competition Accessories is not bad either.

    Southwestmoto tire, not always the best prices but most of the time. Time to ship has always been great. Dennis Kirk always has a price match but I won't jump through the hoops. Hard part is to make up my mind what I want, easy part is to price shop.

    I buy mine from cycle gear. They have one local to me. I'm pretty sure they price match and if you want them installed, they knock 10 or 15 buck off the install price if you buy through them. I change the tires on my dirtbike but I have to get them to install the ones on my harley.

    I found a good, local dealership that I like and use him. He's usually a couple bucks higher than the online stores but nothing major (usually within $5-10 of the cheaper, reputable online stores) and his service is great so I don't mind that slight difference to patronize a quality, local business.

    A local shop would be great but not much around here. I'd have to travel about an hour and then get raped with installation fees as high as $60 per tire. I can do my own so I do.
