I have a 2009 translucent red and I will never part with it! Good luck with finding another they seem to be more popular since Harley killed Buell or because you could get one cheap.

I had the same bike for a while. Lots of fun and tons of character, but didn't suit my needs so I traded it in.

I'm sorry to hear its not everyone thing but I love the excellent handling and the unique setup, looks, and power. It has the fun factor of torque (more than enough), half sport as leg position with traditional upright riding position along with an actual seat (unlike my GSXR) that my wife can comfortably ride on.

Buell was shut down late 2009 as Harley's new president hated Buell and pulled the plug. They spent a fortune to close and clean out the inventory and now Erik Buell can't use his name "Buell," as Harley owns the rights lol. Erik has started his own Erik Buell Racing company.

It's still a Buell. No thanks.
