Custom Made Baffles/Adapters Ordering How-to

Please note that this is not meant to discourage anyone from contacting me with questions so please feel free to call etc if you'd like!

Eventually I'll get my "real" website up but until then I'm going to try to make ordering baffles/adapters easier on everyone including myself! My subsequent post here will show pictures/prices for the most common ones I do and if you don't see your vehicle let me know as I have quite a few templates or can have you send me your original to copy.

If you'd like to order through PayPal my account is marvsplace "at" webtv "dot" net (don't forget to format that properly!) and be sure to click "goods/other" and include your confirmed address so I can easily print a shipping tag directly through PayPal. After making payment please email or PM me to let you know it was sent as I sometimes do not get the notification from PayPal. Also, PLEASE be sure to use a subject like the following which includes your screen name/forum if applicable:

"Tacoma Baffle/Adapters for Mr Marv at Tacoma World"

I custom make each set for the specific speaker/application so be sure to copy the following after filling it out and include it with your payment and/or in your PM/email:

Year/make/model of vehicle
Item(s) you are ordering
Speaker make/model size
Mounting diameter for tweeter
Mounting diameter and depth for front
Mounting diameter and depth for rear.

PLEASE NOTE: mids over 3" and up to about 3 1/4" in depth will require a 1/4" spacer at an additional cost of $10.00 per pair.

This info can be found on the box, in the owners manual or on the manufacturers website. If you are unable to find it or unsure if the speakers can be made to fit please send me a link to the exact page for your specific speakers on the manufacturers website along with the make/model/size.

Almost forgot, please check my INTALL TUTORIAL HERE for proper speaker install guidelines as well as information on what screws/bolts you will need (as soon as I find a good bulk source I will have those available).

Front Baffle adapter for Pre 2005 Tacomas (there are several different shapes of these that are slightly different so I would need a picture of your original baffle to make sure you get the correct replacements)

Almost forgot to mention I am now an official dealer for the Hybrid Audio Technologies line of speakers I used in the Install tutorial above. I will post a subsequent thread with pricing for the entire line and will be offering incentives for Tacoma World Members. BTW, I will eventually try to post some pricing guidelines for enclosures and amp racks but it's proving difficult since I custom build each one so for now you'll still have to email/call with what you need.

 

BTW, I do ship worldwide and most commonly to Canada which has a USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail cost of $10.40 for tweeter adapters alone and any other combination is $25.95 (if you know of a cheaper method let me know and I will use it).

I actually make them myself without the aid of a CNC using hand cut (by me) templates and a couple of custom built jigs.
