Not to be rude or point out the obvious but this is ,after all, a death metal thread.

Yes, her growls are deep, but unmistakably female....which IMHO doesn't take anything away from her appearance.

Big AE fan..they are incredible live, I saw them in fall 2011 on the Khaos Legions tour. Easily top 5 on my list of shows I've seen which is really saying something.

 

i don't know... AE doesn't really hit me that hard.
Im really into super tech shit rt now like Origin, Born of Osiris, The Faceless, Contorgionist & Aegeon. I need something to keep me guessing. Dillenger did that yrs back, so did some "metal-core" like Misery Signals & Unearth but shit like Glass Cloud, Necrophagist, Faceless, BoI is really making me want to pick up my 7 string baritone rt about now...a lot of "djent" styles as well.
