    Hey all, new to this forum but not new to Toyotas....love 'em and swear by them and don't have any plans to drive anything but. Recently sold my '94 Xtended Cab 4x4 and purchased a '08 Double Cab PreRunner since I couldn't justify continuing to keep around 4 wheel drive.

    Last weekend, I wished I'd had my old truck as I couldn't even make it 100 feet in deep loose sand (trying to drive onto the beach at OBX) before getting stuck. I've got the TRD Off-Road with the rear locker but even that didn't help. I'm such a sad puppy now and missing my 4-wheel drive.....but I do still love my new truck!
