Question help choosing new shock absorbers for high mile taco

98 Tacoma 235,000 miles with worn front and rear shock absorbers
I need opinions on what shocks are best as replacements
the truck is used weekly for moderate/heavy hauling and gets 15,000 miles put on each year
what are my best picks
thanks
