    Hi everyone.

I had a 85 toyota truck years ago and sold it to buy a minivan for the family. I regretted that day and missed my truck. The kids just got out of the HS Accord I had for them and I sold it and bought a one owner 1993 toyota extra cab with shell with the money. I like the raised prerunner tacos but can't see spending the money doing that to this really stock truck. Is there any forum for older toyotas that is as active as this one? Is it worth raising (a little) a stock truck with stock tires and how many inches.

    Thanks to all.
    Jay

PS It is an automatic tranny, 2 wheel drive with 146,000 miles, very unexciting but will be great with my 14' alunimum boat.

I had 82 before going with 05. Toyota Nation has sections for the older stuff. Not gonna be as active in those as newer ones but it isn't dead zone either.

Welcome to TW. I also had an 85 Toyota that I was working on, but pressure from my wife pushed me to sell it. I wish that I still had it. She had so much potential.
