Finally have come back around to the Tacoma. My Toyota fix started twenty years ago with my first hi-lux or non-named Toyota pickup, a 1987 Xcab SR5 4WD Turbo. My last one was a 1995 right before the 1 gen tacoma's rolled out. That baby went 200k. After a couple of Tundras and a Pathfinder , I've came back to my senses & purchased a leftover 2006 Tacoma DC 4WD w/ SR5#2 in Impulse Red. Not going to go too crazy with mods since I'm retiring after 24 years USA in May. Not sure about the bed/tailgate thing either, but luckily its mainly a grocery getter/tow my snowmobiles type of rig. Well thats me. Looking forward to the forum.
