Hey guys just wanted to do an introduction since I have been visiting this site forever and I finally decided to register today instead of mooching off all teh great information here.

I currently live in New Orleans and the Tacoma (2010 Double Cab TRD offroad) is the perfect fit for a city thats constantly sinking, creating pot holes everyday some as deep as 3 feet. The city is below sea level and so it also floods all the time. Its been fun to travel around in my TRD watching the streets consume lesser vehicles.

I also purchased my Tacoma knowing I plan to move to Colorado in January. I love the outdoors and I can wait to get up to all the postercard views I see online. I m kinda worried about moving to snow and being brainless about how to be prepared to drive in it.

I plan to wait off on all my modifications with the assumption that there will be knowledgable shops and better places to purchase 4x4 products in Colorado. New Orleans only has one real 4x4 shop and I had cash in hand to do a lift, tires, arb bumper w/ winch and light set-up, but the guy was to lazy to get back with me and aparently just didnt want to do the work.

Well thanks for letting me talk to myself I hope to continue enjoying your site as a member instead of a google wh*re.

    Thanks!

    Where is sleeoffroad located?

I have been to the site many times especially looking at the awesome sliders they have but I figured I would wait until I get up there. I will probably be working in the Broomfield area but I will temporarily be living near Loveland.
