Exclamation Suggestions for Exhaust, Cold Air Intake, Performance Chips

I am the new owner of a 2006 Toyota Tacoma 4 x 4 Crew Cab SR5. I am looking for a good if not the best Cold Air Intake, Exhaust System, or Performance Chip and what would also be needed for those improvements. I plan on having my truck Dyno'd after these improvements have been made. Also fluids that I would need to invest in. I would like to get better gas milage and also achieve more horsepower and torque. I am getting these parts and suggestions from www.partsgeek.com I intend on having all this work done at National Speed in Wilmington, NC. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am assuming I would need to run Premium Gasoline instead of 87 Octane. I would like to make improvements that will not require constant payments and replacing. I have been told that K&N Air filters are washable and re usable. I would also like to know the best Oil and Filters to run on my truck.

For Exhaust I was looking at this.

Flowmaster Exhaust System - American Thunder Cat Back - Single - Dual Side Exit - Incl. 2.5 in. Tubing - Super 50 Series(TM) SUV Muffler - 3 in. Logo Embossed Stainless Tip;

For Cold Air Intake I was looking at this.

AFE or K&N

For Performance Chips I have no real clue of what is good and what is not but I don't want to continually buy new chips and would like to just get better gas milage while getting more power and torque when needed.

I'm on my phone so this will be short- you aren't going to get better mpgs AND more power at the same time.
Flowmaster only sounds good-it is NOT going to improve performance. Look up wickedflow or dynomax super turbo.
Go with the AFE drop in filter-cheaper than a CAI and just as effective.
Check out URDUSA.com for performance chips.

I understand that, sorry, what I meant was the ability to switch my truck from better gas milage performance to better horsepower with the same equipment. With the cold air intake would I need to Dyno my truck???

No because it isn't worth the 3 to 5 horsepower increase. Stock is already cold air. The best mod you can do a for a really nice bump in power is a supercharger.
