yes, but all that involved is taking off the fuel filler cap.

 

I never bleed them but it's a good idea so you don't get gas all over you. Another thing that's good to do is when you've put the new one on but before cranking the engine, do the following three times:

Turn Key to On
Wait Three Seconds
Turn Key to Off

Each time you turn the key to on, the fuel pump sends gas to the injectors for two seconds. By doing this three times, you'll refill the fuel line that you emptied replacing the filter. It helps to save the starter from cranking longer than it needs to and likewise prevents it from building up too much heat.
