Hey guys and gals, I am a long time reader first time poster here. I bought my first Taco back in 07 (DC Prerunner TRD Sport) and just recently upgraded to an 08 DC 4X4 TRD Offroad with ARB front locker. I figure if I can't get where I want to go in this truck, I probably shouldn't go there. I bought it up in Colorado and drove it back to Florida in January when the weather sucked and on my way back I got to pull 4 people out of ditches in Texas haha (none of which were tacos).

Just ordered the system and plan on installing this weekend

    Head unit: Alpine W900BT (navigation)
Amp: Image Dynamics i5800 (760 watt 5 channel)
    Cap: Boss 10 Farad
    Fronts: Polk Audio MM6501
    Rears: Polk Audio MM651
    Subs: 2 X MM840
Stinger 4 Gauge power/ground 16 Gauge speaker wire
    Monster 6 channel signal wire

I had a Kenwood DNX6160 in the prerunner that i sold but the bootup time was way too slow so i figure i'll give alpine a chance this time.

Thinking about a 4-6 inch lift... any suggestions?

Want to thank everyone here for all the ideas to this point and figured i should just suck it up and join the party...

    Keep on keepin on!!!
