I'm looking to improve my headlights due to the fact that they are so dim they are almost non-existant. I'm also looking for good speakers to replace the ones in the door which im almost certain are stock. I have a 12" sub behind the seat with a great amp and a brand new deck but the speakers are low quality and pop when i turn the volume up to high. I'm looking at Alpine SPE-6000's

I'm also looking for a good way to make my truck stand out without lifting it or spending hundreds of $$$

I'd like to know which aspects of my truck I should keep an eye on if any. I hope to keep this truck running smooth for years to come.

welcome! throw some nice AT tires on the truck, that will be a functional and good looking mod. If your on a budget you can probably find someone selling their stock BFG rugged trail tires.

maybe take the chrome stips off of your fenders, swap out the corner lights for the clear or white corners.

I still think its a nice looking truck though.

Thanks, yeah I'm a poor college kid to this stuff would probably happen some time in the future but I'm just looking into it to get some ideas. I was thinking about blacking out all the chrome and maybe smoking the tail lights and corner lights to have a black on green affect.

maybe go with your idea and make the corner lights clear, and black out everything else so they really stand out?

I would advise against blacking out taillights. what if some A hole was to rear end you and then sue you bc he says he couldnt see your tail lights?

Yeah good point. Maybe just brighten those up to so all the lights really contrast to the rest of the truck

    Clear corners

for the heads and tails you can take 1000+ grit sandpaper and wet sand them till they look kinda dull, then take some plastix scratch remover and polish them up and they will look brand new. I did that to the tails on my last taco
