    I lurked here for quite some time while trying to decide what truck to buy. After over a year of whittling down the choices I narrowed it down to a low mileage '05-'08 Tacoma Access Cab 4x4 in white or silver with a manual. Finally found a '07 with a 2.7 liter and only 24K miles, but my wife and I had to drive from St. Louis down to Oklahoma City to buy it. Not only that, but we chose to do it right in the middle of a huge snow storm. 10" of snow fell overnight while we spent the night in Tulsa. It was a LONG drive home, but the truck did great in the snow and I got what I wanted:

    So far I've been very happy with the truck and have found this site very useful. I'm no stranger to playing with/working on cars and intend to give back to the forum as much as I get from it.

    Thanks for what I've learned so far, hope this is the beginning of a long membership on the forum.
