Long story. Front right bearing was going. Thanks to forums fixed bearing and while repairing bearing noticed brake pads thin so decided to replace. Put all back together and now brake pedal goes low (to the floor) every 4th or 5th push. Bled (Bleeding) brakes didn't help. Had mechaninc check Master Cylinder and checked out good. Told me to take to Toyota. Does anyone have any ideas. Could it be one of the calipers since i had to press them back. Any ideas would be appreciated.

There are only a few reasons why the pedal would do that. A leak would be a constant problem. The master cylinder could be either constant or intermittent. Air in the lines would be a spongy pedal. The abs system can cause some screwy symptoms.

    I misread your post, op.
You only need to bleed the lines when you open the system. Replacing pads does not count. You still have air in the system from when you "bled" them.
