    hello all,
I am about to buy a 2008 tacoma and I have a few questions about a body lift and tires. I am going to put a 3 inch body lift on it (any higher is illegal where i live) and i was wondering what size wheels would look the best. I am thinking about 33 inch tires. any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks

OME 3" lift with 885 coils. OME Shocks with TSB 1.5 AAL. 285/75/16 KM2s. XD Hoss 16" wheels. DDM Tuning 6000K HIDs, H10 6000K Fogs. BHLM. Debaged. 20% tint on front windows.
I'm not gonna put my .02 on the lift you should get, because it's your truck.. But try to stay away from Body lifts... What size rims are you gonna run or want to run? Also do you want a M/T or a A/T?

yeah 285/75/16 tires will look great with a 3" lift, and i also think body lifts arent the best, upgrade your suspension and get a better ride with the lift, OME has great stuff

I would rather get a 3inch suspension lift but my parents think its not safe and it is pretty pricey. Should i just hold off on the body lift and wait till i can pay for a suspension lift? Or go ahead and get the body until i cam pay for suspension? HELP!!

If your parents think a suspension lift is not safe... a body lift is horrible! Save up for a suspension lift, it will be worth it.

Body lifts are unsafe. Save for the suspension lift.

a suspension lift is way safer than a body lift.

if cost is an issue go with billy 5100's on the front and an aal in the back.
