Yet sadly enough, people will never come to that very conclusion. Instead they'll continualy add new threads asking how to go faster...

EDIT: I prefer Cool Ranch, myself

Take the bed off, take out the seats, remove the doors and hood. Better mpgs and performance :anonymous:

Say, I just got a F350 Crew Cab... There's gotta be some cheap parts available so that I can run in the 9's at the 1/4 mile, right? A CAI and new muffler should do the trick!! Maybe some chips too!! :cookiemonster:

Those fuel line magnets work wonders. I put one on my truck, then grounded the throttle body and basically I just floor it out of my driveway and coast in neutral where ever I need to go. I get basically 57mpg now

Thanks dude, I'm going to try that tonight- I've got a 6" drop bracket lift I want to put on for the added ground clearance. Probably going to run stock tires though. I hate road noise!

Hey, one other thing- I unbolted my exhaust at the headers for some added growl, but it's too loud. Know anything I can put on it to quiet it down alittle bit without losing that +15thp* I gained?

Ground the engine and transmission as well. Also, by strapping down a fat chick into the box and centering her properly over the axle, you are able to put more power to the ground cause you wont have to worry about spinning out.

btw - Brad, your avatar pic shows Zack Galafanakis, not Ryan Dunn

Sorry OP for making a mockery of your question and derailing the thread. Lets get serious.

Basically it boils down to this- trying to add power without forced induction is like trying to lose weight without diet and exercise. Sure, there are tons of people out there who claim to know the shortcut and have plenty of stuff to sell you so as you can do it, but the simple fact is is that their is simply no way around it, and if there was, there would be no slow tacomas, and there would be no lazy fat people.
