    Hi to all,
Just joined the forum. I'm an elderly at 54 on the 13th of this month. Was looking to get back into a Toyota truck as my DD, my '96 240SXSE was starting to nickle and dime me = time for it to go.
My Toyota history goes something like, '79 4wd - sold it @ 246000 miles, '86 4wd - sold it @ 239000 miles, bought my wife a new '96 Tacoma 4wd for her DD - she wrecked it @ 118000 miles, we replaced it with an '06 4wd access, TRD Sport - currently @ 36000 miles.
I was set to buy an '11 Taco 4wd access, TRD Sport from a local dealer, (Mag Gray, last MG V6 manual in Cal), but they had transferred it from another dealer had scratches all over it!!! The bumper and grille were scratched badly enough to require repainting. They actually wanted me to sign the papers and put in a "Due Order", to send it to the shop for repair???!! Uh, no thanks.
So instead, we bought her a MazdaSpeed 3, and I inherit/take the '06.
I pretty much don't leave anything stock (my stuff anyway, hers too sometimes), and I like to do research before I modify, so here I am.

    Thanks
It'll be around for quite a while, but I was commuting to Livermore Lab every day, now I'm working in Ripon, (only 9 mile "commute" lol). The first thing that's going to get "worked" though, is the audio situation. :D
