Hello all.. I have just joined and this is my first post. I have a Barcelona Red 2011 2wd Prerunner DC Sport on order and on its way to the Port of Jacksonville. I am hoping to take delivery the first week of August. So far after reading this site for the past few weeks I am planning on a couple of alterations right up front.

Side Steps -I am leaning towards the avid side steps (are they usually in stock?)

Suspension - 5100's with TSB in case I want to adjust the height a little in the future and add to the look.

I don't do much in the way of driving off road. The only time I am off the pavement would be when occasionally driving on the beach here in JAX. So I decided on the 2wd. Obviously if I am going on the Sand I would bag the tires and bring a tow strap.

Any pointers or recommendations would be great!

caged, camburg long travel, 50t leafpack (soon to be installed) light rack over cab, 5pt harnesses etc

sounds like your good to go!

avid is the best choice in my opinion, and no they arent stock because they are so busy they cant stock the shelfs!

you got like a 2-4 week wait time. so mise well order now:).

just make sure you air down to at least 15 in sand

I actually ordered out of Alabama (Friend of mine owns a Dealership and I am in the Car biz here in Jax).

    BTW GO NOLES!!!!!!!!!

The Barcelona Red will look great with my FSU license plate on the rear bumper! :)

Yes.. I saw you were from Fernandina.. Got stuck in a Chevy 1500 I took of the lot on the beach outside of Slider's on the Beach one sunday Afternoon.

Oceanway--ish ..... Work in Orange Park.... I love Fernandina though.
