Just had a seal go bad in the rear end of my 07 4WD Tacoma. Got on the internet to see what I could find about fixing it and came across this forum. Been lurking for a couple days and found some really helpful stuff so I decided to join. Read alot about the diff. breathers on here and I think that's why the seal went bad so I'm going to do the mod suggested on it too.

    Welcome!

Sorry to hear about your trouble, Toyota's are great trucks but sometimes you get a bad part here or there. I did the mod on mine with only 10k miles just to be safe. Post up some pics of your truck!

Thanks. Yeah Toyotas are great. This is my second Tacoma. Had a '99 Prerunner, then upgraded to the 07 last year. They're the only trucks I've ever wanted.

Here she is. These are actually the dealer pictures from Autotrader when I bought it. I've added a billet grill since.
