Step 1: (admit you have a problem)

hello. my name is julian and i am addicted to tacoma world. i signed on for just a little taste and it has taken over my life. i often find myself at my desk with the door closed or on my i-phone in the truck free-basing TW at stop lights! i go to bed with a lap-top and sometimes wake in the middle of the night to check updates on the 12 comments i've left. ...just a little update, thats all i need.

3 weeks ago, i started with a "bone stock" 09 tacoma and now i find myself spending all of my hard-earned paychecks to pay for just one more piece of armor. since reading what other guys have done, i've put a lift on her, new shoes, bought some FJ rims... i painted those. ...then i bought air-filters, a tow-hook that i'll never use, new shocks, a bunch of shit to wash her, a light bar, four lights... painted those as well and some fog lights to stick in her bed. ...the only thing i put in there is trash! this is so expensive.

i even found myself looking for other addicts in my city with whom to share my problem. my wife calls you guys enablers.

    i am addicted.

I have a 2009 with the same problem. I thought I was done building trucks. I just wanted a daily driver so I didn't have to fire up the 8.1 GMC, I am getting a kick out of it though and the wife just rolls her eyes.Good luck and WELCOME!
