So I just bought a new tacoma 4x4, and I got $2500 to lift my truck and put nice tires and wheels on it. I really want a 6" suspension lift with 35" mud grapplers on an 18" rim. Is this mechanically and financially possible??

Mechanically you are looking at losing low end power unless you regear...
Also post more info on your truck. 2.4L, 4.0L cab?

A cheap but awesome way to do it is paint the stock rims if they are on their. They look like you bought them when you do it and it saves you 600+ dollars! That what I just did today!
