Hi, I'm excited to be on these forums now! I had a 98 jeep wrangler for 5 years, it was fun but my idea of "cool" has shifted over the years.

    DansPhone1872_b8fec924a4ae3d1c2a4c04e57303774ae3d46cf7.jpg

Ive been planning on what I want with a Tacoma for about a year now. Just happened to find exactly what I wanted, 2010 dc sb, 66kmiles, 4x4, trd offroad, pyrite mica a few days ago, pyrite mica is rare around here, especially in the exact body style/package I wanted. Its just such a cool color though, funny Ive seen it listed as brown, gold, green, its like no one knows for sure haha.

First mods will be; toytec ultimate lift, 285/75's on http://www.4wheelparts.com/Wheels/A...n.aspx?t_c=11&t_s=210&t_pt=101002&t_pl=101315

Then all-pro front bumber, winch, lights at the end of summer hopefully.

This is it as it looks waiting for me to pick up on Monday.

Congrats on the new Taco and welcome! That was a nice looking Jeep, I'm sure the new owner will have fun with it.

Looking forward to seeing a build thread for your new project! ;)

    nice truck!

Please consider purchasing your lift from Toytec Lifts: or wheelers off road: they both have great discounts and customer service far superior than that of 4WP

Thanks guys, I will check out the TW vendors first for sure.

The truck runs amazing! So much nicer than my jeep and it still feels very capable and maneuverable.

The color is my favorite, looks so much better in person too.

Yep, the old guy did a little hauling with it, not too much, transmission is still nice and smooth so Im not too worried.

Im not sure if I want to take it off or just leave it in case I ever would use it.
