Tacoma rear springs squeaks

Bought a 2009 Tacoma 4x4 Access cab in November, 2008. After 12,000 miles +/-, the rear end developed a loud squeaking when stopping, going over speed breakers, etc. In June 2011, traded this truck for a 2011 Tacoma, equipped exactly as the 2009 model. This truck too, after about 12,000 miles, developed the same loud squeaking which makes a truck, less than a year old, sound like one that has 20 years and a few hundred thousand miles on it. This seems to be a common occurrence, but I have had no help from the local dealer, from which both trucks were purchased, and am VERY frustrated there seems to be no solution.
