New to Toyota and Tacoma

Hi Everyone,

I've been on the board for a few weeks and just recently posted the new ride. I've been a Honda fan for many many years. Two Civics, a CR-V (wife's) and a Ridgeline. I foolishly traded my Ridgeline for a Civic thinking I didn't need a truck and wanted the better gas mileage. After a winter and a year with the Civic (great car IMO) I decided I'm a "truck" guy and picked up a Tacoma. Why a Tacoma? It's a truck, not a Ridgeline. Granted I liked my Ridge, but it had its shortcomings and so does the Tacoma IMO. The "taco" seems to have a cult following and i'm learning that there is a ton of after market stuff available. However, having had the Tacoma for almost a month. I'm sold! Great vehicle so far. I hope it does as well as my Honda's have in the past.



Glad to be part of the "clan" and have found a great deal of useful information on this board. Seems everyone is eager to help others out with suggestions and information. That's why this board was made right?!?

Anyway...hello and thanks for all the input. I hope to do some minor mods to the ride in the near future including new shoes, side steps, sliders (can't decide) etc.
