How much should I pay for a new dbl cab TRD off road?

Hey Tacoma World,

I've been looking at buying a Tacoma for over a year now, and I'm finally to the point where it's within reach. I had never really considered buying a brand new truck before, but from what I'm seeing new vs. used prices, I think that as a long term investment, I will probably get more for my money if I just buy new.

I was curious if anyone could tell me what I should be willing to pay for a 2012 Double Cab TRD w/TRD Off Road package? MSRP on the sticker is $32,705, dealer's "true price" is $30,791.

$500-1000 under invoice is what i normally shoot for.

I paid 30500 for mine, with tinted windows and step bars.
