    Hello fellow Yota fans,

It was a blast 'wheeling in our '08 FJ Cruiser the past couple of years, but....when you need a truck for hauling, there is no substitute. So good-bye FJ, hello '10 Tacoma double cab short bed off-road. Now at the end of a float, we just pile the wet stuff (including fish, if we're lucky) in the bed, load the boats on the topper cargo rack, and head for camp. That's the Castor River near Grassy, MO, in the photos.

We like our Tacoma because it is just the right size and it looks great! Elsewhere in the Forums is a video of a large man critiquing the '12 Tacoma and saying that "for the same money, you could have a full size truck with more technology". Well, apparently lots of us don't want or need a full size truck, regardless of cost. Technology? Its a truck, not a starship. For my money, Tacoma is the right size, the right equipment, the right styling, and from the right manufacturer.

Fellow heartlanders, we are located near Cape Girardeau. Who wants to get together and wheel our way to a remote float?

I was waiting for some one else, to admit they were from S.E. Mo. I Live in Cape Girardeau, with all of the Tacoma's running around town I was wondering when some one closer would post.
