New member from Socal

Been reading these forums for awhile now. I do not actually own a Tacoma, but have in search for one for awhile, it is hard to find a first gen tacoma (5sp 4x4 v6 trd) out here in Socal that has not been beat to hell or neglected. I have a few I am going to look at in the coming weeks provided everything goes will. But that'll be another thread in another place... have never bought a used vehicle before, just dirt bikes.

Thanks guys. Definitely will do as soon as I finish work. So far there are three trucks I am getting info about (one in CO, OR, and in PA) I am looking at. Traveling is not a problem, since I can get free airfare due to my dad.

 

Yeah, thought I read somewhere that they addressed that issue 02+ ?. But yeah if I can find one either in CA or in the southwestern US I will be happy. Have a buddy that had the frame rust issue, he traded it in and put the $ towards a Chevy. It definitely crossed my mind though.
