    Hey all,

I live in Encinitas, CA, and I just bought a 2012 DCLB 4x4 TRD Sport in silver. I've been wanting to get back into a Taco ever since I sold my '98 with 225,000 miles. Shouldn't have ever sold it, to be honest, but my wife wanted me to have something more "practical". So I traded in one testicle for a Jetta TDI wagon  . Fast forward 4 years, we are getting separated, and my dog and I needed the freedom that comes with these great trucks.

Here was my truck, when I had both balls...

Once I knew we were splitting up, I got out of my daddy-mobile, and into this sick truck, as a bonus, I got the second nut back.

This whole divorce bull$h*t, and the truck purchase has emptied my accounts for now, but I'm so pumped to get modding. I USED to go to Mexico all the time to surf, and I can't wait to get back down there with my dog to find myself again. The Snugtop XV with all the bells and whistles should be on in a week or so, and I'm going to build a sweet sleeping platform that I can store my gear and surfboards underneath. I'm going to beef up the tires with some used mud terrains, and I'm thinking OME (that's what I had on my '98, loved it) because of it's simplicity and smooth ride, as soon as finances allow. You guys (and girls) have some SICK trucks, and I'm excited to join the community.

By the way, I also rebuild vintage Honda street bikes, so if there's anyone in San Diego into the cafe racer scene, we should get together to wrench, ride, and drink beers!
