    Hi all.. I'm swsiff72.. I'm new here and I have a 09 trd 4 door sport..I just got a trd short shifter and was wondering how easy it is to install?

    Cluster and Radio LED swap,Westin bull bar,2nd set of bed tie downs,URD SS,K&N filter,weathertechs
    I would say..all of an hour..you take out your center console and 4 bolts and the shifter comes out through the floor. You then swap some of the SS parts onto your old shifter and reinstall.

    I called my Toyota dealer. Quickshifter installed for $639.00!!!!..I can't do it myself due to hand surgeries...I can't pay them this much.
