HID's for right now an a double din. ICON coilovers with ICON AAL an ICON rear shocks. Nitto A/T with KMC XD wheels
Hello Ya'll! I'm new here, so just saying whats up to the Family of other taco owners! :( My 2012 Tacoma is in need of a lift an have my eye's on the ICON stage 1, I've had 5 other Toyota's. A 87 pickup was my first then a 99 Tacoma an 2008 FJ, 2010 Tacoma TRD DC, an 2010 FJ, an now because i was so upside down in them all an wanted to get a cheaper payment, I have a as standard as it gets 2012 Tacoma ext cab 4x4. So ICON is what i have in mind i don't want to do a cheap spacer lift on this one like i have with all the others. Tho i don't off road much i would like to have a nice lift under the truck so it will be alot of road use till hunting season. So any input would be great!! Thanks an look forward to reading an hearing from ya'll!

Welcome to TW. I have Icon resi extended travel coilovers and resi rear shocks with camburg control arms and dakar real leaf springs and the thing rides like a dream! You will love Icon! If you plan on cranking them the full 3 inches then you will need new UCA's.

Thanks everyone for the Welcome!! Bridgcat, Thanks for the info! I'm pretty much just looking to do a stage one an stay away from changing out the UCA's because of price. Since i don't off road the truck i was thinking stage one would be best for my liking. The best price so far was @ KLMstore.com Now m thing is what size tires do i want to go with? right now i have 245x75x16 I know they say with the coilovers I should run a 285x75x16 but i have a brand new set of KMC wheels that are 17x9 so i was thinking about running a 285x70x17 or a 285x65x17 i'm not really sure yet. Any input would be great!!

The stage one is still a really good kit. Unless you crank them up a full 3 inches you're going to rub with those sizes and will need to trim the plastic, most likely do a cab mount chop as well. At the moment I am still running 265/75R16 which is basically a 32 and I have no rubbing at all, even when i was at stock height with this size I didn't rub and I don't think it looks bad.
