Thanks fellas. I have now owned 3 toyota trucks in my life. My first was a 1979 4x4 with the 20R engine that I bought back in '86. Loved that truck but as a wild teenager I managed to roll it over playing in the woods. I ended up replacing the whole cab from a junkyard donor and had Econo paint it white. Drove it for another year then sold it to my brother who used it for hunting for the next few years then he sold it to a buddy of his for farm duty. An absolutely indestructable truck. For all I know it's still running today.
My second toyota truck was in 2007 I leased a brand new Prerunner V6 auto. I drove it for 3 years without a single issue then for some reason instead of buying it outright I let toyota have it back and got a car. Recently I found myself missing the truck so I decided to find an older truck. My buddy had 2 Tacomas and after some nagging he sold it to me. She has 180,000 miles but runs strong, except for a couple minor issues I'll post up in the appropriate section.
