    Hi Tacoma World!

    Proud new owner of a '12 2.7, 5sp, 4x4 Access cab. It's gunmetal and beautiful. :D

First new car/truck ever for me so I'm real happy. Has a wopping 220 miles on it. Really lucked out finding a manual with everything that I wanted (Access, 2.7, 4x4) at a dealership. Turns out it was actually on transfer from another dealership and was set to be sent back since I guess someone changed their mind. Really a lottery odds kind of deal for me! :)

Lurked here for a while and saw some awesome threads and peeps thought I'd join up. Probably won't be modding too much though as this bad boy is covered by my awesome dealership for a loooong time for pretty much everything. I got a real sweetheart package.

I've always been more of a muscle car guy (just sold a 97 LT1 Camaro with <40k to get Taco), but having a motorcycle now (09 Ninja ZX6R) makes the truck much more practical. Knew I wouldn't settle for anything less than a Taco though!

Anyways, happy to be here and hope to here from some of you guys and do some research on what I've gotten myself into :p

Oh, I'm the same Corvus from zx6r.com if anyone is on there :)

Sorry I don't have a pic ATM since I'm on my work comp and it blocks image hosting sites :(

*Edit: Forgot I could save pics from my phone to my work comp and add as attachments*

Truck and bike :) Sorry for crappy cell phone pics.

Awesome to hear! Obviously a man with taste :D

I remain adamant that all cars/trucks I own have to be manual. Like the increased control and stir shifting in general. :)

Really surprised with how well the 4 moves this truck around. Def think I made the right decision.

Fuel savings over the 13-15mpg in the city Camaro will be substantial. Plus, the Camaro only took premium :(

    Thanks for the welcomes everyone!

Thanks guys! Loving the truck so far :D

Real happy with how it rides. Still getting used to downshifting to first, sure doesn't seem to like that at all. I've read in a couple threads how you shouldn't shift down to first unless you're crawling. Appears to be true indeed.

Love the ride though! Gonna be looking at some goodies soon :p
