    I was checking out a kayakfishing friend's Tacoma and he turned me onto this Forum, and I need to tell Maverick904 "Thanks".....

    There are some amazing "tacos" (see...I am learning already) pictured on here and I am interested in getting one to haul my kayaks and gear.
    Longtime Toyota Corolla owner and mine has almost 180,000 miles on it and still gets 30 mph on trips, so my "brand loyalty" is strong.

    Just registered today, so I will be checking out the site more thoroughly and posting a WTB post probably later today.
    Looking forward to learning more about the "care and feeding" of Tacomas....

    Hey Maverick904 and Others......I am now a Proud & Happy Tacoma Owner!!!

    On May 23rd, I drove the old Corolla up to WV and I bought a brand new 2013 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner Double Cab 4x2 with the V6 and 5 Speed Automatic in the Spruce Mica (green) paint color...it is very pretty!! I added the SR5 Package for the options that it provided, All Weather Mats and Door Sills, and the Towing Receiver Hitch.
    I also added two options that I learned about from this Forum...the Spare Wheel Lock and the Tailgate Theft Device, and I REALLY learned alot from the guys in here who posted that advice...Thanks!!

    Thanks for all the "welcomes" on this thread, and I have been in here often and I learned alot about buying my "Taco" from you all...JohnYaksJax

    PS: Now comes the fun part of "making her mine"......and spending more $$$
