Hi all. I've been perusing the site and look forward to all the information I'll digest while searching for a taco. I currently drive an Acura TL but my next ride will definitely be more utility in nature, and the Tacoma is top of the list. I'm hoping by the time I'm ready to buy Toyota gets with the program with a 6spd auto and 25mpg or better. If Dodge can do it then Toyota should be able to blow them out of the water

    Thanks for having me

Welcome from Mundelein/Libertyville. MPGs aside, if you get a Tacoma you won't regret it.

    Welcome....Also from Northern Illinois...
My 2012 TRD Sport DC LB got 22MPG avg. on a 5429 mile road trip vacation this fall. But you are right about the 6spd auto should get 25 or better.I dont know if Toyota is developing 6spd. The truck is great ,I use it as my daily driver.
