I just bought for the 1st time a Tacoma truck. Have had Camrys forever so this is a new experience for me. Took it for a 300 mile drive today and had fun driving it. Like being up higher than most cars due to headlight glare at night especially. Anyway glad to have found a possible answer to the high pitched whine I have noticed when I get up to between 50 and 60 MPH. Very annoying to say the least. I will have to try out the fix that r6hokie discovered with the tubing insert into the inside of the weather strip!!! Thanks! Oh just noticed that the gender is wrong here on my stats-- gender : female, not sure how I can change this...

Thank you for the congrats! I think my new "taco" is going to be a great truck for me. Wish it got better gas mileage but for all the other features, I can live with that item. I seemed to drive my V6 camry forever before filling.
But I like gardening so this truck will haul everything I will ever need. Just need to get a flat canopy top on the back:D
