New guy...with questions about lifts and tire clearance.

Just bought a new 2013 nautical blue prerunner sport for the wife and she wants a more agressive look to the truck with a small lift and rims and tires. I've been doin a little research on lifts and tires, and yea a 3" with 285/60r18s is what I've put a lot of thought into. Id like some input on what 3" lift to go with and would any trimming be needed with the tire size above?

 

since your a prerunner, i recommend the 4" maxtrac spindles and aal, would work good for that size

 

Appreciate info ricky will look into it, with the bigger spindles id have to upgrade shocks as well correct?
