First impression off-road

    So... finally took delivery 10 days ago. Took the family four-wheeling to Bald Mountain above Shaver Lake last Sunday ~ more than 15 years since my last adventure in a Toyota to BM. Suffice to say, I was impressed by downhill assist in several sections (but took over manually in the gnarliest section). Rear locks came in handy on one occasion. Very impressed with stock suspension. Could definitely use a few more inches of clearance underneath. And yes... managed to put a few scratches in the paint navigating one stretch of snow-bound trail. All in all, a great first adventure. Nice to be back in a Toyota!

    Outstanding. We call those scratches desert pinstripes out here ha. Somewhat of a waste to change all the TX suspension when you already paid for it in the price of the truck.
