Tacoma owner in Ky!

I'm new to Tacoma World, and was prompted to post here. I owned a 2005 Camry until someone hit me head on, I had wanted a Tacoma since I was a little kid.. So, with his insurance paying for my totaled car, I decided to buy a 2nd Generation Tacoma. I drive a 2008 Crew Cab 4x4 Tacoma, and am looking to do a few cheap mods to it (I'm a college student & recently engaged, so I'm not the wealthiest man on the forum). I hope to learn from you all that post the DIY mods, and any suggestions or anything you think would look good on my truck let me know.

It's Barcelona Red (I believe is the name of the color), and I'm planning to black out my emblems, put a 2 inch lift in the front and back, I'm planning on plasti-dipping my running board black, and I'm planning to plasti-dip the rims gunmetal gray on the post & black on the caps. Anyone that has a 2nd Generation Barcelona Red with blacked rims or anything similar to what I said I was planning on doing, please post pictures or comment. Thanks guys!
