Just curious...am having issues with my torque converter...Time to replace it, I suppose. Does anyone have any suggestions on after-market options, or is the dealership the only way to go??

    1. Do a fluid drain and fill first. Sometimes fluid at the wrong level can cause shifting problems. The process of filling to the correct fluid level isn't common knowledge, since there is no dipstick.
    2. Dealership, unless you know of any shops that specialize in Toyota truck transmissions in your area.
