Moving On and Up

Greeting Folks,

Just bought a 2009 Double Cab TRD Off Road in MGM with 28000 miles. I drove a 2005 S2000 for 3.5 years as a daily driver. I was tired of being cramped and wanted to carry friends, stuff and go camping. I am excited to learn more about the Taco and to be part of this community.

I went from this

Thanks Guys.
I did not keep the S2K. Don't hate me, but I traded it in. I found a good deal on the truck and did not want to go into a ton of debt so I used the equity from the car. It had 99,500 miles on it. I put 70k of them on it. It was an crazy amount of fun and even better because I was 24 when I got it. I put an intake on it, an aftermarket grill (a large rodent broke the original), and the front lip. I will have another one eventually. I needed something larger for future grown up phases of life.

The price of required maint items on the Honda were pretty hi. $1100 dollars for 4 tires. $1900 for a new top. Things like that. If the starter goes out you have to take the transmission out and lower the engine in the bay to change the starter. The whole car was like that. I messed up because it was my DD. It would be great as a second fun car.
